We ship across India. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option**.

We provide the estimated delivery time on the shipping page. However, these are indicative timelines and depend on our shipping partners.
The delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities but will help you track your package through our partner courier services.
Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package. However, you will only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you the package tracking information.
The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not a trial option, and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
In some pincodes, our shipping partners do not support COD, and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline at +91-9920687665.
In case of any special time-bound delivery requirements, please send us an email and leave comments with your order regarding the requested delivery timeline. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the requested timeframe; however, we cannot guarantee the same.
Orders placed in India are serviced by safe and reliable courier companies such as Delhivery, XpressBees, and Amazon Shipping.
While we work with some of India's largest logistics companies, deliveries remain subject to their serviceable coverage areas. If your address falls outside their service network, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to ensure your products reach you.
For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
Look out for international shipping coming soon at Unibox Store. Currently, Unibox Store does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
